Are Heatable and iHeat the same company?
No. This is the question that sits under most “iHeat vs Heatable” searches. They look alike because they sell the same job in the same way: a questionnaire, a fixed installed price, a local Gas Safe engineer, no home survey before the quote.
Heatable is Heatable Ltd, company number 08804726, FCA-regulated as a credit broker (FRN 805259). iHeat is a trading style of Leads UK Ltd, based in Westhoughton near Bolton. Both have operated since 2017. Both are independently owned. Neither is a shop-front for the other.
Finance: 48-month 0% vs 24-month 0%
Finance is the cleanest split. Heatable’s 0% APR window on selected boilers runs 12 to 48 months, which Heatable still advertises as up to 4 years. iHeat’s 0% window is 24 months. If you want the payment stretched without interest, Heatable is the first quote.
Heatable also runs a multi-lender panel that includes prime and subprime providers, with a soft search before any hard check. That is why we send imperfect-credit applications there first. iHeat is an approved credit broker with panel lenders and standard acceptance. It is not the weaker installer. It is the narrower credit door.
On interest-bearing terms, both go out to around 10 years. Published iHeat examples have used more than one APR (including 9.9%, 11.9% and a 10-year worked example at 12.9% representative APR on iHeat’s own finance FAQ), so read the APR and total repayable in your quote rather than a headline. Brands and boilers
Heatable fits Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi and Navien. Headline pricing on Vaillant and Ideal is often competitive on that platform. Worcester is in the range, but Heatable has no manufacturer shareholder relationship, so Worcester is not always the keenest price.

iHeat’s quote is the quicker of the two, about 60 seconds against Heatable’s 90. On a failed boiler, that gap is small. The booking rule is the bigger difference: iHeat offers next working day on orders before 3pm. Heatable typically installs within 24 hours of a confirmed booking and says next-day is available in most cases.
A like-for-like swap is usually a same-day job (Heatable’s review puts it at 4 to 6 hours). Both include the boiler, Gas Safe install, a standard flue, a system filter, a flush, old boiler removal and warranty registration. iHeat also upgrades the gas pipe at no extra cost if the job needs it, and includes wireless controls in the fixed price. Both use local Gas Safe engineers rather than a single employed national crew. iHeat is upfront that installs are subcontracted to vetted local firms, so the day-of experience can vary a little by postcode.
