If you want a Fox ESS battery, iHeat are the place to start: they carry a Fox brand page and sell the hardware. The wrinkle is that they don’t publish a Fox from-price, so unlike their Hanchu, Sigenergy or Tesla rows, Fox is a quote rather than a number on a list. Heatable don’t list Fox at all, so their quote would be a generic battery job around a different brand.

Fox ESS on iHeat: the short version
If you want Fox ESS as a named brand, start with iHeat. They have a Fox page and they sell the hardware, MCS-certified with finance available. What they don’t do is publish a Fox from-price, there was no cash row on that page on 19 August 2026, so the number comes from a quote rather than a list. Heatable are the second option, but they don’t list Fox at all, so theirs would be a generic battery quote around the Powerwall 3, Sigenergy or Alpha ESS. There’s no grant on a battery either way.
What iHeat publish for Fox
iHeat’s Fox brand page promises a fixed quote, an MCS-certified install and finance, but it doesn’t show a cash row for a given Fox unit. Their main battery page does list Hanchu, Sigenergy and the Powerwall 3 with public figures, but Fox isn’t on that price table, so for Fox specifically the quote is the only way to get the number.

Those other floors are iHeat’s listed models, not Fox, so treat them as the alternatives rather than a Fox proxy. iHeat’s battery pages carry Which? Trusted Trader, MCS and an FCA credit-broker line, along with an Octopus Energy Trusted Partner badge. Heatable as the second quote
Heatable install the Powerwall 3, Sigenergy and Alpha ESS, and they don’t list Fox. So if the badge on the wall has to say Fox, iHeat is the one with it; if you want a second MCS number, or you don’t mind which brand the survey specifies, Heatable are worth a quote around those three.
They don’t publish a public from-price, pricing your home in their quote tool instead, and they advertise 0% APR on batteries, with a typical one-day install and a minimum ten-year battery warranty. Their “pay nothing ’til 2027” line is the 0% VAT relief to 31 March 2027, not interest-free finance and not a grant. More detail is in our Heatable review.
VAT, and what isn’t a grant
There’s 0% VAT on qualifying solar and battery supply-and-install until 31 March 2027, after which it returns to 5%. That’s a tax break, not a grant. iHeat sell Fox but don’t publish a from-price on that brand page, so the survey and quote are the figure. Heatable don’t list Fox, so theirs is a generic battery quote. Both are MCS-certified and a Which? Trusted Trader, and there’s no grant on a battery.
