Editorial corrections

If you’ve spotted a factual error, a price that’s clearly wrong, or anything else that should be fixed, please tell us. Include the URL of the article and the specific line you’re flagging. We aim to investigate corrections within 3 working days.

For media enquiries, syndication requests, affiliate programme proposals, or guest posting opportunities. Please use a clear subject line so we can route it correctly.

Data protection

For UK GDPR requests — access, rectification, erasure, or any other right under our Privacy Policy. We aim to respond within the 30-day window required by law.

Response times

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 3 working days. Editorial correction requests are usually faster — typically same-day if received during UK business hours. Data protection requests can take longer if they involve substantial review, but always within the 30-day statutory window.

HomeBoiler.co.uk is a small operation. We don’t have a phone line, a live chat service, or a 24-hour support team. Email is the most reliable way to reach us, and we read every message.

What we can’t help with

To save you time, here are the questions we’re not able to answer:

  • Personal installation quotes — we don’t quote, install, or arrange installations. For a quote, contact an installer directly.
  • Specific finance applications — we don’t broker credit, process applications, or advise on whether you’ll be approved. The lender or installer you apply with handles all of this.
  • Boiler fault diagnosis or troubleshooting — call a Gas Safe engineer. We’re a publication, not a service business.
  • Warranty claims or service complaints — these need to go to the manufacturer or installer who supplied the product.
  • Third-party recommendations on a personal basis — beyond what we publish, we can’t make personal “should I buy X or Y” recommendations.
