Worcester heat pump: iHeat 5800i price and quote

This article contains affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you buy through our links, at no extra cost to you. iHeat’s Worcester 5800i price is from iheat.co.uk/heat-pump, checked 19 August 2026, and Heatable don’t list a Worcester model on their heat-pump page. Grant figures are from Ofgem’s Boiler Upgrade Scheme property-owner page. Last reviewed: August 2026.

If you want the Worcester 5800i as a named package, start with iHeat: they list it at £11,995 including VAT before the grant, with a 7-year warranty, Quiet Mark and an A+++ rating, from £250 a month on 0% APR. Heatable are the sensible second quote, but they design a generic air source system and won’t name a Worcester unit, so if the badge on the outdoor cabinet has to say Worcester, iHeat is your list price. Either way, you need a survey before anyone books a date.

The Boiler Upgrade Scheme takes £7,500 off in England and Wales, or £9,000 if you’re off-gas replacing oil or LPG between 21 July 2026 and 31 March 2027, so it’s the after-grant balance that matters. For the monthly 0% figure, see our heat pump finance guide.

Worcester 5800i: the short version

If you want the Worcester 5800i as a named package, start with iHeat. They list it at £11,995 including VAT before the grant, with a 7-year warranty on their card, Quiet Mark, an A+++ rating and a monthly-from of £250 on 0% APR. Heatable are the second number: an instant estimate, then a £240 heat-loss survey deducted if they install, though they don’t list a Worcester model. A survey is required either way.

First quote: iHeat Second: Heatable After £7,500: £4,495 before extras

Worcester 5800i price on iHeat

iHeat list three air-to-water packages, and the Worcester row is the 5800i at £11,995 including VAT before the grant. After the £7,500 Boiler Upgrade Scheme that’s £4,495 before any extras the survey finds, if the grant applies; in the £9,000 off-gas oil or LPG window it’s £2,995. The invoice is what counts once radiators or electrics are added.

The source is iheat.co.uk/heat-pump on 19 August 2026, and the after-grant figure is arithmetic on Ofgem’s £7,500 England and Wales air-to-water grant; the survey can add cost. iHeat also list the Alpha Hydro at £10,595 and the Vaillant aroTHERM Plus at £11,495 on the same VAT-before-grant basis, and the Vaillant package has its own write-up on our Vaillant heat pump page. Who to quote sits on our best heat pumps UK guide, and the company detail on our iHeat review.

Heatable as the second quote

Heatable sell air source heat pumps, and their product page is an estimate tool rather than a shop window of named brands. Their heat-pump FAQ puts a typical install at £7,000 to £13,000 before the grant, and the paid step is a £240 in-person heat-loss survey, deducted if they install. They apply for the grant, and they’re MCS and a Which? Trusted Trader.

They don’t list a Worcester 5800i, so if you already want that unit, iHeat is the public price. If you want a second MCS number against iHeat, or you don’t mind which outdoor unit the survey specifies, add Heatable: same grant, same survey, a different list.

The grant on this job

Ofgem’s property-owner page pays £7,500 off an air-to-water or ground source heat pump in England and Wales, rising to £9,000 from 21 July 2026 to 31 March 2027 if you’re off-gas replacing oil or LPG. Air-to-air is a different £2,500 product and isn’t this job. The installer must be MCS, and hybrids that keep a fossil-fuel boiler alongside a heat pump aren’t eligible. iHeat and Heatable both apply, and you just confirm consent when Ofgem emails you rather than applying on GOV.UK yourself. Scotland and Northern Ireland run different schemes, so don’t use the England and Wales figures there. Full rules are in our Boiler Upgrade Scheme guide.

A 5800i is not a boiler swap

A combi replacement is a day on site. An air-to-water unit like the 5800i needs a heat-loss survey, space for an outdoor cabinet, and usually a cylinder if you currently have a combi, with radiators and pipework checked along the way. iHeat’s next-day heat-pump line is a booking claim; the survey still comes first. The full job is in our heat pump installation guide.

Worcester Bosch also make gas boilers, which are a different product on our Worcester Bosch boilers hub. This page is the 5800i heat pump on iHeat, so don’t treat the boiler hub as a heat-pump catalogue.

iHeat first for the 5800i, Heatable for a second MCS number

Both apply for the £7,500 Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant, and both survey before a firm price. iHeat publish the Worcester 5800i as a named package; Heatable quote a generic air source job and don’t list a Worcester model. A survey is needed on both.

Frequently asked questions about the Worcester 5800i

How much is the Worcester 5800i in the UK in 2026?

iHeat list it at £11,995 inc VAT before the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant. After the £7,500 grant that’s £4,495 before extras, if the grant applies. Heatable don’t publish a Worcester heat-pump price, because they don’t list that model.

Is Worcester Bosch the same as Bosch?

Worcester Bosch is the brand, and the 5800i is the model iHeat sell. This page stays on that unit; the wider Worcester Bosch boiler range is a separate product.

Does Heatable install a Worcester 5800i?

Heatable install air source heat pumps and will quote after an instant estimate and a £240 survey, but they don’t list a Worcester model on their heat-pump page. If the badge on the outdoor unit matters to you, use iHeat.

Is there a grant for a 5800i?

Yes, if an MCS installer fits an eligible air-to-water unit in England or Wales. The Boiler Upgrade Scheme is £7,500, or £9,000 off-gas replacing oil or LPG from 21 July 2026 to 31 March 2027. iHeat and Heatable both apply. Details are in our Boiler Upgrade Scheme guide.

Can I get a 5800i next day?

Not as a typical path. Next-day heat-pump marketing isn’t a like-for-like boiler swap. iHeat and Heatable both survey first, and the install is booked in after that.

What efficiency number should I use?

iHeat publish Quiet Mark and an A+++ rating on the card. Beyond that, the survey sizes the system to your home, and the figure it produces for your property is the one that actually matters.
